Activate your online subscription to The Nation's Health
APHA members or individual or institutional subscribers may need to activate their subscriptions to access locked content. If you do not, your password may not work. The activation only needs to be done once. If you activate your subscription and still have problems logging in to The Nation's Health Web site, send us a message via our feedback page.

Need to change your address?
Monthly issues of The Nation's Health are part of APHA membership. If you are an APHA member and need to change your address, e-mailyvonne.kazim{at}apha.org membership assistant, or call 202-777-2484. If you are a non-APHA member (such as a library, institution or individual) who subscribes to The Nation's Health and you need to change your address,apha{at}subscriptionoffice.com or call 800-633-4931.
Missing an issue of The Nation's Health?
If you did not receive your print copy of The Nation's Health, you may be eligible for a replacement issue. If you are an APHA member and are missing an issue, contact membership.mail{at}apha.org or call 202-777-2400. If you are a non-member subscriber (such as an individual, library or other institution) and are missing an issue, e-mail apha{at}subscriptionoffice.com or call 800-633-4931.
Order a subscription to The Nation's Health
You can order and pay for a subscription to The Nation's Health using your credit card. Select the "Buy a Subscription" below button and follow the instructions.
The Nation's Health is published 10 times a year (with two combined issues in May/June and November/December). We do not accept backdated subscription payments and do not offer agency discounts. All subscriptions must be prepaid.
If you prefer to pay via mail, you can download and print the PDF order form, provide your shipping address (print clearly) and send money order or check in U.S. dollars made payable to the American Public Health Association to: APHA Subscriptions Office, P.O. Box 11127, Birmingham, AL 35202-1127.

*Online access for individual subscribers is provided via a single password, while institutional access is provided via IP address.
